Work Package 2: Encyclopaedia of Good Practices for Gender Behaviour

Work Package 2 focuses on promoting inclusive and gender-sensitive practices in education by gathering and sharing best practices from four partner countries. This initiative aims to raise awareness about managing sexual diversity in the classroom, identify successful strategies, and provide valuable resources for educators to enhance their approach to gender-related topics.

Online Guide of 24 Best Practices on Gender Behavior Management:

This guide features 24 exemplary case studies from the partner countries, showcasing effective strategies to foster inclusive environments in schools. It serves as a practical resource for educators looking to improve gender diversity management in their classrooms. 

Work Package 3: Non-Normative Gender Training Programme for Teachers

Work Package 3 focuses on developing a comprehensive training program for teachers, aimed at enhancing their emotional intelligence and soft skills to better address sexual diversity in classrooms. This work package will provide teachers with the necessary tools to manage gender-related topics and create inclusive, supportive learning environments. By focusing on non-normative gender behaviors, the program seeks to empower teachers with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Non-Normative Gender Glossary:

The Non-Normative Gender Glossary is a comprehensive reference designed to clarify key terms and concepts related to gender and sexuality, which continue to evolve rapidly. This glossary provides educators with clear definitions, enhancing their understanding of non-normative gender identities and sexual orientations. By outlining terms such as „asexual,“ „cisgender,“ „gender identity,“ and „transgender,“ among others, the glossary supports teachers in creating inclusive classroom environments. 

E-Book on Training Needs:

This E-Book focuses on identifying the training needs of teachers in the partner countries related to sexual diversity in the classroom. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the existing gaps in educators‘ knowledge and skills, highlighting the challenges they face when addressing sexual diversity. It also explores common problems, such as lack of resources or insufficient training, and offers solutions to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Training System with 24 Modules on Gender Behavior Management:

A complete training program featuring 24 theoretical modules designed to develop teachers‘ human skills, focusing on emotional intelligence and gender sensitivity. This training system provides educators with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to create inclusive classroom environments.

Work Package 4: Toolkit for Teachers

The Toolkit for Teachers focuses on developing a comprehensive toolkit aimed at enhancing primary school teachers‘ understanding and responsiveness to sexual diversity in educational settings. This work package seeks to provide teachers with practical classroom tools, training in emotional intelligence and soft skills for students, and effective strategies to foster acceptance of sexual diversity while reducing homophobia.
